Man, this is such a good video and exactly what I needed. I am still in shock with how much detail this video goes over with just the laying side raise (side lying raise). Most videos would never take 6+ minutes to explain one single movement. I needed this. Thank you so much!

Wow I Can’t believe the correction I learned from this video from years of doing these. Never told these and the functional reasoning even in my physio sessions with a kinesiologist! Thank You! Now I know why I would “fix” one area and then add more muscle imbalance and another issue would always surface like TFL and hip flexor. Thank You

Super video..connecting core to gluteus.. simple v intense..focused detailing.please I need more video on only core..table top posn.. how to get that burn ..isolating it..o put too much effort n lose it..I feel you can explain very very well..thank you v much

Probably nothing, it might just be referral from your glute if it’s weak
