I have to say that these Polish women are well coached.Technically they are flawless.The runners in the 4x400 have perfect sprinting technique (as does this young lady) and are very disciplined. They never allow themselves to be pressured out of their race plan and always finish strongly.They are well conditioned and rarely seem exausted.

Three of the athletes she beat have PB of 11.09 or faster with the fastest having a PB if 11.02. Ewa Swobodo's is only 11.12. So yes she is probably capable of running close to 11.00 if not faster.

No. The current Polish Records over both distances were set in the 80s. 100 m - 10,93 100 m hurdles - 12,36 (in 1980 it was also the World Record)

No, these 2 races took place at the 2021 European Athletics Team Championships (Super League): en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Athletics_Team_Championships This is the senior level. But Pia Skrzyszowska is only 20 years old. At the Tokyo Olympics she will start in the 100 metres hurdles and in the 4 × 100 metres relay.
