PIANONO Recipe with only 4 Ingredients | Easy Filipino Style Swiss Roll

Unbelievably delicious & soft Pianono (Filipino Style Swiss roll) using 4 ingredients only.
✔️Ingredients
6 eggs [large size] (separated yolks & whites)
1/3 cup cake flour [40 grams]
1/3 cup sugar [70 grams] + approx. 1/4 cup [50 grams] (for filling/topping)
1/3 cup butter / margarine [80 grams] (for filling/topping)
✴️For Oven with bottom heat only - preheat oven & bake @ 170C for 25 mins. or until brownish top.
✴️For Oven with dual heat (bottom & top) - preheat oven & bake @ approx. 15 mins. or until brownish top.
✳️Baking time / temp. always depend on the oven specification so adjust accordingly.
