I would assume that its attacks would have at least the slightest bit more power than pikachu. Pichu can't expertly control its ligtning so maybe its the same thing with it that young snakes have. Due to their inexperience with their glands, they eject more venom than they need to. So using that logic, maybe Pichu will have a bit more punching power
