Yes! Pile 1. I have been realizing lately more than ever as I am transforming and my vibrations are higher that chakra tuning frequencies aren't that effective or satisfying from the heart up because I have been very tuned into those. It is the lower chakra balancing and grounding I need. I recently attended my first sound bath after leveling up my energy work and found that the crystal bowls didn't do much for me, but the little bit of work with the Tibetan bowls resonated deeply. Afterwards I talked with the practitioner and she told me the quartz bowls lift you up and the Tibetan bowls ground. Since then I have been listening to deep tone handmade Tibetan bowl sessions on YT and feel really good with them.
