Yes silver is solid. You can combo that with immovable enforcer on silver and you will lock up guards most of the time. Sometimes you will get steals of the bumps. In previous 2ks to even now the difference between silver and gold wasn't that big even HOF didn't do much against HOF brick wall, silver is the sweat spot.
