Rose…..Thank you for sharing how you pick tea leaves. I had no idea that you pick the tiny leaves, until I saw it with my own eyes. It all makes sense now. I only drink black, green, or Jasmine tea, whether it’s iced or hot. I have a newfound appreciation for where those leaves come from, thanks to you. I’m sure most of the leaves in the teas that I drink are mass produced, but watching you and the elderly folks in your village work so hard during tea season, is a true eye opener.
