Young lady, 40 years ago, I had a ford with 18” of lift and 44” tires. It was so much fun there were lifted trucks everywhere and we use to cruise downtown and stop at Sonic for food. Sonic was awesome, the made a special area for the taller trucks. This is what I love about the US, we are free to spend our money and pursue happiness however we want. For all the jerks out there who are Jerks because they see it as a wasted of money, a reduction in capabilities and a safety hazard have never looked at the statistics. The lifted trucks have no better or worse safety record. Yes they cost more to build and maintain. But then these jerks who are complaining or calling you ignorant do things just as bad or worse in other areas of their life. I’m old now. But I’m getting ready to by an F-350 Platinum crew. I like the Grey color, wish Ford would allow all color options on the platinum. As soon as I get the truck, I’m putting on a 3.5” lift and 37” tires with new wheels with a -12 offset. I grew up on a very large sheep and cattle ranch in the mountains of southern New Mexico. We had about 12000 acres in the mountains from 4500 msl to 7000’ msl. Deep canyons and steep Roads. Lots of mud and deep snow. What I found was 35-38” tires with a 4-6” lift was ideal. The current Super Duty trucks are tall. So it’s easy to put 37” Tires on with a 2-3.5” lift. Have fun… be careful. Remember you will want to retire one day, don’t count on social security.

Not a bad truck I mean it doesn’t look very usable for off-road or anything like that and the rims I dislike very much and that’s coming from a guy literally named Ford it still looks pretty good but you could increase the wheel size and it would be even better and if you do increase the wheel size, make sure you keep the wall of the tire thick not thin

IDK, the bigger the rim,the more useless they are for off road. I have 18" rims with 35" tires under my Expedition and 18 is as big as I would go on anything. But I don't build pavement princess mall crawlers either.
