Hi Beverly... Looks yummy! I love that you put the onion whole for Howie. I started doing that . My husband loves it! I hardly had cucumbers this year. I bought some in the Okanagan from a farmer for 1.10 a pound. Not too bad... We must have our homemade pickles. I'm so happy for you that your garden is giving you so much. Be safe in the garden. Yes thanks for reminding me. Because I have a full day ahead of me. Pickles ,relish and green beans too can. About 6 gallons. We will have my canned meatloaf ,mashed potatoes,gravy and veggies in crock pot.

I know it's crazy but I've never been a fan of meatloaf ... I know it's a pretty popular comfort food or nostalgic for people just not for me ... I found the canning tomatoes,cabbage,and onion video last night so it's definitely something I'm doing this fall when my tomatoes are coming in good .... They are just starting to flush so I'm so excited

It's edible, nutritious and you were busy! No one likes to stop canning to put a meal together! I'm really missing canning this year but it will give me a chance to use up everything I've done for the past 3 years. I've got so much chicken canned up! I found another case of it that i had put on a stack of empty jars! So if nothing else we have plenty of chicken and turkey this winter! LOL.

Yum Bev, your pantry pull meal looks so good. I do meatloaf like that too. I can’t eat that much meatloaf at one time and it’s hard to make it for one or two people. I use muffin pans or my mini loaf pans, perfect size for me. Papa and Gracie always love your yummy pantry pull meals and I would too. Hope everyone has a very blessed day! ❤️🤗
