two feet must be outside the court before you are allowed to hit erne otherwise it's a fault?

You're not allowed to make contact with the ball while standing in the NVZ. You can have your feet planted outside the court when hitting it, or you can leap from the NVZ diagonally to outside the court while hitting the ball mid-air. Of course this is an advanced shot and you have to be sure your jump begins and ends outside the NVZ

what if one of my feet is touching outside the court but my other feet is mid-air inside the court (not touching the ground) while hitting erne, is it legal?

@@samuelwtw1 Yup, totally legal. As long as your foot that's in the area eventually lands outside of the kitchen you're good.
