Marinade for 5 liter jars:
🔘 7 glasses water (1 liter 750 ml)
🔘 2 tablespoons of salt (not iodized)
🔘 1 glass vinegar 9% (250 ml)
🔘 1 glass sugar (volume 200 ml)
🔘 6-8 tablespoons of Torchyn "Chili" ketchup
And:
🔘 cucumbers
🔘 horseradish leaves
🔘 dill flower
🔘 1 clove of garlic
🔘 4-5 pieces of black pepper in peas
🔘 cloves (optional)
