I am not a vegan myself but i love your videos so much because you make veganism look so accessible and easy, when most of the time i tend to think its tricky and expensive to make vegan food.

It’s really anything but expensive! If you cook your food from scratch it’s a lot cheaper than any food containing meat. 😊

I'm also not a vegan, but I find myself eating more and more vegan food. I basically stopped cooking any meat, fish or dairy at home. There's so much vegan food to try, and it's cheaper too.

don't forget you save a lot of money not buying meat/fish... so you can spend easily some of that on the ingredients, even in winter in Europe/Germany i save aprox. 20% and eat healthy... and mostly bio/organic grade foods

I never know what herbs to add to meals. Like what will dill do for this flavoring? Can you make a video all about herbs and what taste/flavor they could add to your meal?
@samanthagalvan37916 жыл бұрын
Hannah Boyd Hi, I struggled with this for a while and a trick I used to help me learn what spices would pair well with what I was cooking was to smell them! I found if I liked the way certain foods smelled together, I usually enjoyed how well they taste together also (:
@viluriian6 жыл бұрын
Dill always reminds me of home 😅, it‘s very common in slavic kitchen, so maybe you can pull some inspiration from there? Also it goes really good with most fish dishes or in soups and (creamy) sauces. It tastes fresh and „foresty“, so goes well with red meats and mushrooms, too.

I copy things from restaurants. These Tahini recipes seem Mediterranean so I'd watch some vids on classics like gyro and note spices. Yogurt, dill, onion, etc seem repeated. It will help with getting ideas. :)

@carter...apollo1476 жыл бұрын
Hi!! I’ve been vegan for almost two months and my biggest advice for both of you if you’re planning on going full vegan is to make sure you know where your nutrients are coming from. It’s easy to eat vegan but you really have to know how to take care of yourself because we’re at greater risk for nutrient deficiencies. Make sure to take a B12 supplement (and maybe vitamin D if you don’t live in a sunny climate) and know the plant-based sources of omega-3 so you can continue enjoying a vegan lifestyle without any health problems :D 💕

Marty Sims Where there’s a will, there’s a way. I recommend to all who are looking to become vegan to watch the following documentaries: - “What the Health” on Netflix or youtube (kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYTMlGaFZs57rKM) - “Cowspiracy” on Netflix or youtube (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gKq3d42bm7KpkJo) - “Earthlings” on Netflix or youtube (kzbin.info/www/bejne/eKPPc4arqt5oZrs) I guarantee if you watch all three documentaries, you will be filled with so much motivation that being vegan will seem easier than ever.

Thanks! I watched this video just after finishing my own bowl of popcorn. I found a way arround the honey/oil dilemma by using squeezed lemon juice heated with stevia and cinnamon. I dont pour the mix over the popcorn, i mix the pre-popped popcorn into the pan where i´ve heated the lemon juice and give it a mix while the fire is still on.
