I've surfed through KZbin Videos a lot, but no one makes me quite as happy as you.It's truly inspiring how you manage to lead such a happy and positive lifestyle. I definitely will make conscious efforts to breath and keep optimistic, and probably even adopt a more plant-based lifestyle than I already do (I'm currently already a vegetarian). i have traveled for years on end. is it easy >? no. but you can volunteer, housesit, work etc to lessen the overall costs.

Thank you Sadia! Most of my 20s and 30s (currently 35) I've spent as little time as possible cooking. I ate the same thing almost all the time ever since I became allergic to Monosodium Glutamate, which put me in a state of Migraine with Auras. They are very painful and I can't see anything until they go away. Other chemicals have those effects on me too. A few weeks ago, I decided I would re-evaluate my diet. I started with the Potato Hack, but while I have no problems eating the same thing over and over, I had the great chance to stumble on your channel. It's been a few weeks now that I eat like a vegan, but I don't consider myself one. I've lost 12 pounds, I started running everyday like I used to a few years ago and I eat better as a prevention for my health. Pick Up Limes is now my favorite channel, I use it daily and I can't wait for each new videos. I still find it hard to cook tasty stuff other than breakfasts and desserts. But I'm filling my kitchen with healthy alternatives and I'm sure your recipes will help me to stay on track! From a french Canadian, merci mille fois! You're also calm and happy because you have no kids. hahaha. Love them but they can be very difficult. My baby (youngest of 4) is high needs, clingy, a poor sleeper, constant whiner, and constant nurser. I barely get a moment for anything, let alone for myself and have struggled with PPD and anxiety because of it. I try to take a few deep breaths every so often.
