It wouldn't stop, it would drop to 4 beats a minute. You would then go comatose, and stops aging. In other words, you would become sleeping beauty. But you wouldn't accomplish anything, or have any fun. So, I recommend keeping the coffee flowing.

What I like about this channel is that it's very concise, informative, and breaks fitness down scientifically. I feel like a lot of other fitness channels have these really ripped and toned guys showing off on screen, giving very watered down explanations of what to do, what to eat, etc. and it's mostly them showing off their bodies. Seeing a guy that's already jacked giving fitness advice doesn't motivate me, it makes me go "fuck I've got a long way to go." and discourages me a bit. I honestly like the anonymity of the narrator of this channel.

@AtomicSquid_6 жыл бұрын
This is the only video I don't agree with. L-theanine should not be taken as such high doses, due to its anti-depressant / elevated mood effect, which can easily create a dependency so that the day people don't have their 6+ cups of green tea, they'll feel significantly down. It's also not recommended for people who have common mental conditions. Another compound in green tea is caffeine, which can add up to a dangerous 600mg or more in eight cups of green tea. You're probably thinking "why not just get decaf?", which is a great idea, but decaf still has trace amounts of caffeine. If consumed throughout the day like water, as suggested in the video, this can have a really negative impact on the quality of your sleep, because caffeine stays in your system for well over 10 hours if you take into account the half life of the stimulant. I love my cup of green tea every morning but it should not be consumed excessively, and if your goal is to lose weight, this channel has many wonderful videos on different diets and fitness programs that will help you achieve your goal safely and effectively! (Keto and intermittent fasting are my favorite ones)

I think 600mg is the max you should be taking for caffeine per day, which is the amount the 8 cups have. That is, of course, if you're not sensitive to caffeine. Going over the 600mg is when caffeine becomes a health risk.
