The entire album is simply perfect. Pure genius...so much hard work and ideas. Every song has its own identity on the album. Definitely one I would give between 95% and 99%.

watch the guitar & bass playthrough videos - when you focus on one instrument at a time it's easier to hear & begin to realize that all five of these guys are super talented and giving at least 110% i bought the cd and listened to it nonstop for months, i still listen to it at work while i drive for 8 to 10 hours a day - it's the most amazing music i've ever heard.

I recently learned all of their albums are connected, so if you ever take the time to read through their albums (which I highly recommend!) you'll get a neat sci-fi horror story. Just saw them live a few days ago and it was absolutely insane! I actually had to step outside the venue till the next band started, completely drained me.

Always fun to see reactions to this one. "Oh good, it's a lyric video. I can read along... Wait, whaaat?!!" It was your fellow KZbinr John G who introduced me to this band, when this track almost literally melted his face. I checked out other songs and was inspired to buy the album. I do not regret it. As for the lyric booklet, it's only eight pages long, but then there are only seven tracks. You should check out (on your channel or just for fun) the "official karaoke video" for the song Calamus Will Animate.

Wow indeed. The vocals remind me of The Bezerker, sort of gabber grind core band out of Australia early 2000s, assuming you've heard of them but if not check out Forever or Reality, tracks are only like 1 or 2 mins long should give you the impression what sort of music it is

When I joined Deezer, occasionally they would recommend albums based on my likes. The very first song I heard from Archspire was Lucid Collective Somnabulation and I was instantly hooked. The whole Lucid Collective album is top notch, as is the Relentless Mutation album. Unfortunately they've taken their debut album All Shall Align off digital platforms. The production isn't as good but the songs are decent. I wish I could have all 3 albums. They're supposed to be working on a new album for 2020. My favourite death metal band at the moment.

I was pretty perplexed myself when I herd it the first time, and it was on GALACTICRIMINALS reaction video. But instantly got curious and wanted to hear more. Funny enough this is my second video with you and already at that other video with Rotten Christ, afterthe video when you said that you like that marching-kind-of-tempo I thought I might recommend that song for you :P Also here, as you probably know by now all their songs are this intense. But for me,this which is their third album and their second album I like. The first one I haven't been consumed by just yet. I was so unlucky that when I discovered them, they just was on tour in europe and their wasn't enough time for me to get to see them live :( How old are you btw?

Regarding the vocals so fast, it has been done way before in about 93´with Kataklysm and their Ep 'The Mystical Gate of Reincarnation' the first track, even more deep and fast vocals than this. But off course not so technical. Still a good track this.

Why are you so interested in the lyrics!? Who cares about the lyrics. Do you think Archspire spends time coming up with the best lyrics they can come up with? If the lyrics meant anything to them they would sing them with a clear voice and slower. It was amusing to see you trying to raed them though. A sign of a lack of appreciation for the intricacies of the song. The weeks or more put in by these mates trying to synchronize to be able to play the song flawlessly. The obsession you had over the lyrics let the harmonious cacophony fly over your head. But true, not every body’s brain can process the layers and layers of fast, complex riffs as the song plays.
