Didn't make much of a difference because they conceded, but it hurt when the stamp was missed on the last game before Jessie James for that chip chip combo. I'm not good at control style decks and don't really favor them, but this build is kinda sweet. Good play

I can't imagine it being more than 60 bucks. The more expensive cards are going to be some of the supporter cards but you can use those cards in multiple decks in the future as well.

What is the best way to tech against this deck?

Mostly depends what deck you are running. It's bad with spread, recycle energy's, single energy attackers, and any Pokemon they make your deck infinite (Suicune gx is an easy tech)
