Chicken Pie by Chef Zaidah
3 keping Puff Pastry
1 Bawang besar ( potong dadu )
250 gm Isi Ayam ( potong dadu )
2 biji kentang ( potong dadu )
200 gm mixed vegetable (sayur campuran)
1 tin sup cendawan
1 biji Telur & 2 sudu besar susu segar (untuk eggwash)
Garam
Serbuk Perasa
Lada Sulah
Minyak
Air
1. Tumis bawang sehigga layu
2. Masukkan isi ayam,
3. Bila ayam masak masukkan kentang
4. Tambah sedikit air
5. Masukkan sayur campuran
6. masukkan garam, perasa dan lada sulah
7. Masukan sup cendawan
8. Ketepi inti yang telah siap untuk disejukkan
9. Canai kulit puff pastry dan bentukkan pada acuan
10.. Letakkan inti yang telah sejuk
11. Lekatkan sekeping pastry untuk tutup pie.
12. Sapu eggwash (kuning telur & susu)
13. Bakar pada suhu 200 darjah selama 20 minit

Chicken Pie by Chef Zaidah
3 pieces of Puff Pastry
1 large onion (diced)
250 gm Chicken Fillet (diced)
2 potatoes (diced)
200 gm mixed vegetables
1 can of mushroom soup
1 egg & 2 tablespoons fresh milk (for eggwash)
Salt
Seasoning powder
Allspice
Oil
Water
1. Sauté the onion until wilted
2. Add the chicken,
3. When the chicken is cooked, add the potatoes
4. Add a little water
5. Add mixed vegetables
6. Add salt, seasoning and pepper
7. Add mushroom soup
8. Set aside the ready filling to cool
9. Roll out the puff pastry and place in a mold to shape.
10.. Place the cooled filling.
11. Cover the pie with a piece pastry.
12. Apply eggwash (egg yolk & milk)
13. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
14. Done

1个鸡蛋和2汤匙鲜牛奶(用于洗蛋)

调味粉
五香粉


1. 将洋葱炒至枯萎
2.加入鸡肉,
3.鸡肉煮熟后,加入土豆
4.加少许水
5.加入混合蔬菜
6.加入盐、调味料和胡椒粉
7.加入蘑菇汤
8. 将准备好的馅料放在一边冷却
9. 将酥皮擀开,放入模具中定型。
10..放置冷却的馅料。
11. 用一块糕点盖住馅饼。
12. 涂上蛋液(蛋黄和牛奶)
13. 200度烤20分钟
14. 完成

فطيرة دجاج من الشيف زايدة
3 قطع بف باستري
1 بصلة كبيرة (مكعبات)
250 جم فيليه دجاج (مكعبات)
2 حبة بطاطس (مقطعة مكعبات)
200 جرام خضروات مشكلة
1 علبة شوربة فطر
1 بيضة و 2 ملاعق كبيرة من الحليب الطازج (لغسول البيض)
ملح
مسحوق التوابل
البهارات
بترول
ماء
1. اقلي البصل حتى يذبل
2. أضف الدجاج ،
3. عندما ينضج الدجاج ، أضيفي البطاطس
4. أضف القليل من الماء
5. أضف الخضار المشكلة
6. يضاف الملح والبهارات والفلفل
7. أضف شوربة الفطر
8. اترك الحشوة الجاهزة جانباً لتبرد
9. افردي عجين الفطير وضعيها في قالب لتشكيلها.
10 .. ضع الحشوة المبردة.
11. غطي الفطيرة بقطعة من المعجنات.
12. تطبيق غسول البيض (صفار البيض والحليب)
13. اخبزيها على حرارة 200 درجة لمدة 20 دقيقة
