+RamenRyu place your palm flat on something then push it so only your 4 fingers are on the wall your thumb is kind of extended. IMPORTANT You will hurt your thumb by putting too much weight on it and you might sprain it, you WILL sprain it eventually, to avoid doing this you need to keep most of the weight where your fingers meet your palm right on your very upper palm. Doing this will keep you from hurting your thumb.

Thats a good tips for footwork and i found many bboys are applicating that technique. However in my opinion we should focus on our own style and the shape of footwork, thats why i think no matter palm , finger or tips are all ok as long as you are doing your own things:) p. s. it hurts my fingers when i do footwork with themXD
