Someone's updated their drumkit firmware. Seriously though, when I got rb4, I wondered if I was going insane, or if the kicks weren't registering.

you can but craft foam for all colors and get a circle cutter and tape it to the set

Why is it around 1:00 with the 3 kicks in a row, then pause, then 3 kicks, you continually kicked even when it was time for the pause before the next set of 3?

+Mystakin Also since I got a reply from you, could you maybe tell me what the "slide" notes at 1:10 mean? RB4 was my first RB game and they're just in the game with no explanation(and since I don't know what they're called I can't really google it), I can't work out what they mean, you don't hold the pad down between notes(I think) you don't hit as many notes as you can in that time, and it doesn't seem to like it when you only hit the gems inside the sliding line either. I'm at expert 3.5~ difficulty already and still have no idea what to do when those type of gems show up.

No, actually, here I am a year + past getting the game, on expert and beyond and still have no idea what the sliding notes mean. even with what you just said I still have no idea how to hold a combo through them, there is no documentation for it on the entire internet, no reddit posts, no googles, nothing, it's ridiculous. I have NEVER, not one single time held a combo through a sliding notes section. not in 1000+ song plays.

Poppin' Loch Ness Hopster They're called Trill Lanes, or just Lanes, and they're notoriously glitchy whenever they appear. It's a crapshoot for passing them without a break.

+BassPlayer6392 +Mystakin I know this is a late response but I'm having the same issues, the rockband 4 kit is garbage. I've had countless amounts of issues with it and has to return it 2 times so far and exchange it for a new one and I haven't even had the game for a year yet. Is there any electronic kit that anyone would recommend to use instead of the rockband 4 kit? (For a reasonably price)
