I have watched many seasons of voice of russia and the judges there make their choices based on what could they do with the voice how they can help developing and opening it up. And also what other voices they already have in their teams. Also if someone is singing amazingly and noone is turning one would turn anyway. In this case they all knew this guy was meant to be in her team as that's her type of music and performance. And later she said that she was waiting for this voice for all the seasons.

They thought they won't learn him anything so they didn't turn. These 4 judges are actually the best thing ever to be on the Voice. They all sing in 4 different styles and they always turn around (at least one of them) when the contestant is really strong vocally.

Gente, eu odeio esses jurados da Rússia, eles são muito frios. Já vi várias apresentações do The Voice de lá e por mais que a pessoa seja excelente, sempre apenas 1 ou 2 no máximo que viram as cadeiras, dá uma raiva... Ao contrário dos jurados do The Voice da Ucrânia, eles são os mais legais, sempre todos viram a cadeira (quando a pessoa é boa, é claro), e além disso, eles ficam tão empolgados com as apresentações, que vão para o meio do palco dançar. Procurem as apresentações do Pierre Edel no The Voice Ucrânia para vocês verem a diferença!!!
