And.... Piers Morgan, it's your type of reasoning that keeps CONVICTING innocent people! You need to find TRUTH -- YOU will never find it; you are reading only Police Facts "as-they-see-it" but I don't see you ask questions as if he "might-be-innocent". That's what destroys many Investigations. Everyone has already made their minds up & to-that-end, will CONVICT an honest man! Try being Nuetral going into your interview & begin asking questions from-that-angle. Not easy to do, & it's never been promised, either. Ask your OWN questions about things you are still unsure about... See what comes out, from there... you just might have a more FAIR Interview, (& much more honest.

psychopaths demonstrate extreme control(until they sometimes get caught) and his monotone voice with his rigid face and eyes actually show his own psychopathy. And he does exploit people for his own benefits which is another psychopathic trait. Not to mention he provokes people even they have answered his question but he continues to say the opposite as if the person didnt just answer him. It's a classic coercion tactic and using it because you think you are doing it for the right reasons is actually a culturally created false narrative aka socially acceptable detachment aka psychopaths who have social approval or are even admired. Now if he provided like a few details for a bunch of different kills then I'd be on board but that seemed kinda inconsistent he does say he feels he did 8 of the 13 and thats what I mean. If it feels he did 8/13 give us the viewers more examples and more to piers as well. They didn't explain that enough. Why would he call only one victim's father, and not the other families? It makes no sense unless they asked him to call the father, trying to see if he was willing to go that far. They initially would be skeptical of such a confession, they may have wanted him to go further, asked him to confess to a victim's father to convince themselves that he was telling the truth. Otherwise, why would he do it? Why not call more victim's families, why didn't they explain any of this? Why didn't they ask him to explain why he only contacted the father of one victim, why this particular father, was there a special reason to contact this father and not the parents of other victims? Some of these questions seem obvious, but they asked him none of them, didn't even mention their own curiosity regarding these things and some other things.

actually he killed one person and its a known pattern for the law to try to pin other murders on him because it makes them look more successful. He tells the truth that he never killed those other people and was exploited to do so by the investigators using his sons safety as an effective tool to coerce him. He would have lied and said he killed those people and recited everything the cops told him to say but when they went back on their 'deal' then he retracted because why would he admit to something he didnt do when he didnt get assurance of the safety of his son. It's actually pretty simple and most people know how the law lies and throws innocent people in prison just to satisfy the public. This man may be more innocent than people realize because its possible his brother was the master mind and there are many examples of people following suit for maintain their only relationship or gain acceptance/sense of belonging.

Jelena remembers the last-minute move and said that they took two U-Haul’s with them for the trip. She rode with her father in a U-Haul that, to her recollection, contained 6 garbage cans with black bags in them. The children were expressly forbidden to touch or go near the cans. It is unknown, but very suspect, why Mark Riebe would take the time to transport bags of trash with him to Illinois instead of depositing them in Florida."

This is all part of the interview tactic, and it can be VERY effective. Morgan has been trained in depth on how to deal with specific personality types, and how to place himself in the best position to get the answers he wants. With this type of person he is interviewing, Morgan needs to let this guy know that he isn't intimidated by him and won't be pushed into the corner allowing him to run the show. This is all part of the pre-planning on the psyche of the interviewee. Make no mistake, this is intentional and I can only imagine how different it would have gone if he had the "space" to manipulate the audience like he's always done. Morgan tried to nip that in the bud and it's actually masterful once you study interview tactics, you understand why he's positioned like such. It's an art tbh

This is the second one of these I’ve watched with Piers Morgan and I love how when Piers clocks them with the truth and straight up calls them out as murderers and liars, they get mad and pissy and leave the interview. True narcissists right there.
