The place is called Meldrum Walk which is just across the causeway. There are many other delicious food there too. The stalls are situated along a back lane.

Think the white base is usually flour and starch.. but his has very minimal start to it. Unlike those starchy ones in Singapore. It's mainly all eggs here with some liquid flour and oil

The oysters r huge here. In kl which i had the size is as small as see ham and after cooking u cant even see the shrunken oysters let alone taste it.

Why cant she use the slotted ladder to scoop the oysters instead of using her bare hand to pick the oyster. The cook just lightly fries the oyster it doesn't really kill the bacteria which can cause salmonella and lead to food poisoning. Poor hygiene, eat at your own risk.

It's not the super crisp kind.. but it's so light and fluffy. plus the colors looks absolutely gorgeous. I was very full from Brunch but managed to devour everything within seconds. 😂👍

Singapore has enough delicious foods. No need spend 4 to 8 hours queuing to cross the causeway. As always, such hype about great food across the causeway ends up in stupid argument that this and that nice food originate from Malaysia.
