When I put this together, it made sense to me as it's basically the forward & backward skipping we did as kids. I can see where it will turn into basic shuffle dance when turns are added & the height & placement of the knees changes. thnx I will have to take this slower I'm partly crippled so will not be able to jump and shuffle as well but I tried and want to practise this, it is easy and I can maybe gain some leg and body strength but will have to be careful, I have to hold onto the chair or wall while doing it but it is a fun dance. God bless this might be easier for me to do in a swimming pool
