You should try Mike Mentzers training program for 1 week - 1 month and see if “One set to complete failure” and more rest days, is actually more effective than typical training

I’ve been in a situation where I can only work out 1-2 times a week compared to 4+, so when I do work out, I do my full body and go to complete failure and I’ve noticed that I’m building size easier and faster than before.

follow up videos I would like to see. 1. Definitely the hair growth - too see if the is progression or even hair regrowth. 2. Bigger hand training - you should at least implement this for weekends, and train once a week, Would be dope to see if you made any progression. 3. Vertical Jump - Yes, Absolutely. DUNK THAT BAD BOY! 4. Bare foot - A very underrated idea, And would be awesome too see long term benefits it could potentially give you. A New video idea, 1. No technology for an ENTIRE WEEK. 2. Juice-fast for an Entire Week ( I heard there could be benefits if you do water / or juice fast at least once a month or once every other month). 3. Stamina training for An Entire Week. 4. Parkour for an Entire Week. 5. Boxing for an Entire Week.

ROAD TO DUNKING 100%%%!!! Training to dunk is so much fun, and if smartly trained for can help your longevity in your tendons in joints as you get older. I really just wanna see it because I’m also on my road to dunking… I’m about 2 inches short of being able to consistently dunk, but the main thing is improving my jumping technique

DO A ROAD TO DUNKING!! Speaking from experience, I got obsessed with jumping higher and trying to dunk for years growing up and when I threw down my first dunk it was the best feeling in the world! But, as you'd probably understand, it was the journey leading up to it that made the achievement all the more rewarding. It would take longer than most of your challenges do for sure, but the all the work will absolutely pay off, let alone making for an epic video! And being able to say "I can dunk a basketball" feels pretty awesome, trust me ;)

As for the feeder training, I'd like to see if you could make gains from doing the same thing Will Tennyson does, he does 100 lateral raises at the end of every single workout. He attributes his shoulder gains to it and I would really enjoy seeing your experience with it for at least 2-4 weeks. You could do it with like wrist training or something instead, but I thought it was a really cool concept and I'd really enjoy seeing you try it too.

I’m sure you’ll do a great job continuing to pump out great and high quality content (as always), regardless the topic. However, I’ll leave some video preferences below: My personal most wanted videos (follow-ups etc), in order from most wanted to least wanted (yet still wanted). If anyone agrees, feel free to like or reply to this comment. Vid topic preferences: 1. Mike Mentzers training program: Saw a comment on this and seemed very interesting (shoutout to @N1ckSmith). 2. Callisthenics focus video 3. Monk fast (follow-up) 4. HRV (follow-up) 5. Past failed challenges video: Seems a waste to waste all that content, when I’m sure you could make something informative (or in the very least funny) out of it. 6. Barefoot shoes (follow-up): Just an interesting topic. 7. Cognition improving supplements 8. Natural hair growth

I'd like to see you take some longer challenges on in general mate. Maybe less intense things so you can still keep up the video production, but smaller challenges that you do for the duration of a month or more maybe. Some of the diet/sleep stuff I think maybe 7 days simply isn't long enough to get results regardless so it'd be cool to see you try something a bit bigger

Challenge, you should do a cut video where you only do those "primal movements", to see if you can do a recomp of your body. This would go great with the agility work you are doing with the flips and what not. Stay away for weights and calisthenics to see if you find any muscle growth in areas you would not have expected. Just calculate how many calories you need for 5 to 6 hundred calorie reduction which should bring you down to 21 or 22 hundred calories away. I believe you will see a improvement in your agility, explosiveness, and speed as well. Just look at it as the father of modern day calisthenics.

To keep up with your inversion training just tack it onto your dead hang training. After you hang from your arms, hang from your knees. You can use it to get a good back stretch at the same time. Does not really take away much time or energy for doing other things. I always add that on when I use a pull-up bar. Tangible benefits are that I can hang upside down much longer, before even starting to feel like I'm passing out. Mentally I feel far more comfortable with being inverted now, which I hope to leverage for learning flips. My feedback of this video is you should do what I'm suggesting to keep up your inversion training, as well as figuring out all the most effective ways to strengthen and condition the wrists. My favorite of your videos is when you provide the most objectively correct information, with excellent and specific training suggestions, while inspiring and motivating me to try also. 😅 Thanks!
