Wow, I'm genuinely surprised at how good this looks. I tend to forget that, despite their flaws, the old polygon style horrors have a unique, almost depressing atmosphere which nothing else really emulates. I would happily pay for a full game. Also, I love the bizarre hand puppet.

Really cool to see a game go back to a polygonal style whenever people try to make a retro style game they always seem to make it in a 8 or 16 bit style.

I've always felt the polygon era didn't age as well as the 8 and 16 bit games and wasn't worthy of a revisit. I'm happy to admit that this has proven me wrong. Definitely would like to see more people attempt it now.

Pretty good signs when the only constructive criticism for the first demo of a game is no auto-aim and no auto-use of keys. The soundtrack is very simple but effective as well.

Obsolete cgi, tank controls and questionable voice acting. That's PSX inspired allright. Nevertheless, it looks interesting.

This honestly looks super cool. I love the PS1 aesthetic, and overall design. I think you were pretty spot on when you said it needed auto aim too. A few tweaks to the controls, a few extra quality of life features like auto aim and auto use keys too would be nice. I think the developer has something going with this, and I really hope to see it finished.

My only complaint about this demo is that it may borrow a little too much from the old Resident Evil, but I guess that's intentional, regardless, this is great, certainly I would pay for the full game, I do hope it gets finished

Honestly I think one of the biggest hallmarks from games of that era was the fact that you just had to leave enemies un-dealt-with in areas that you would be going back to. Think about when the last time that a modern game didn't leave you with the means to either eliminate or permanently escape from an enemy?

Ya, for a demo this is pretty decent and really does bring back that resedent evil vibe. Also i adore dolls i horroe, reminds me of my darling gimmick puppets

Yugioh has never had an archetype that really capitalises on the creepy doll aesthetic, gimmick puppets are close, but not really there

No auto aim but I did notice that the crosshair lights up next to your ammo when you are aim at the enemies so that that shot angle will hit

Yeahh, me too. I hate sliding puzzles, never found them anything near fun. I-ve stopped playing a couple games entirely just because they had a sliding puzzle a little too stressful for my taste.
