Pikmin 4 - Glitches and Dandori Issues (Fails) Compilation from Twitter

Pikmin 4 has been out for a good while, so let's see what the community is doing so far on Twitter. Some may have glitches, some dandori issues or just straight up modding the game there and there. Still has some nice reactions from people who are a fan of the series for years or just new to the series itself.

i think the game is trying to show the unreal engines solid objects, removing comprehension of sight and textures. Notice the water itself did not shine red, but the floor underneath did.

the game doesnt really tutorialize it very well. there's no part in the story where it forces you to change targets with ZR, i only knew it would keep you on the same target if you pressed it once for most of the game

Pikmin is 9999 of every color (good luck getting that much with how nothing respawns on the overworld), 999 of every Pack item, and I imagine 99999 Sparklium.

Pikmin 2 - Flying Bulbear This is a glitch when the game physics engine just goes out of its way and starts breaking. The glitch has to do with the physics engine going faulty and this one specific Spotty Bulbear. Once the physics stary to break, the glitch happens off-screen, and the Spotty Bulbear will start to moonwalk, and pursue the player. I've seen the glitch in a video only once.

I once got a glitch where if you go through a warp hole (or whatever it’s called) while carrying a puzzle piece (could work with other things) and have one other puzzle piece lying at the exit of the warp hole (by using oatchi and press b at the exact moment you can press b) when you warp to the exit you drop the piece you’re carrying and pick up the one already lying on the ground. My guess is that the treasure is now in the “air” and makes oatchi unable to carry it, thus making it grab the treasure under it. Btw i was only using oatchi (hero’s hideout) (I didn’t want to attack moss the whole time so I didn’t use any pikmin)

This is not a bad idea for a later game Pikmin ability 5:42 to tell you the truth . Would be really cool for the next game to have a new Pikmin with the ability to instantly teleport whatever you tell them to take back to the ship for you and instantly teleport materials to a bridge and and start building it for you. Maybe that could a reason to introduce bright "Orange Utility" type Pikmin to the game.

in heros hideaway there was a red pikmin that glitched under the ground near the base and i couldnt call it back so i had to lose one red pikmin that day, yeah thats the only glitch i have encountered in pikmin 4 yet, if i encounter another glitch i will edit this if i remember

One time my sister did something which made oatchi completely stop animating or responding to the whistle or any commands and you could go push him around and swap tk him but he just would not move, idk what causedit but it had something to do with when he transports gold nuggets in a cave, also had the screen go completely black one time after i hit skip on the water raith cutscene which was fun

I found this glitch randomly, I found out if you blow yourself up next a ledge, the glow pikmin will stop working, from what I now, it works well with the cave with Man at Legs

10:45- no, I don't believe so. The game treats Pikpik Carrots like they do Pikmin, with collision, throw physics, and weight. It's a little feature that can be discovered if you like to search. The Pikpik Carrots even crush Albino and Dwarf Bulborbs!

For the purple onion you can bonk the onion down, the main goal is to get 10 purple pikmin for the final gate. Also max carry doggo helps alot.

A white Pikmin got stuck in the ground after destroying a wall once. Don't ask me how it happened, it just did and, yes, I got annoyed. I rewound time, but in hindsight, I could have entered a Cave and forced him back into the Onion via cutscene despawn. I was just an idiot at the time.

@@dalejhunter1 Okay yeah I actually did encounter a similar glitch in the last area, the dirt wall near the base where you fight the Baldy Longlegs one of my ice pikmin got suck in the floor but I just did a rewind to fix it, and that's like the only glitch I ever found

The only glitch i encountered was in the last boss room, Got knocked around by spoiler- The sirehounds snowballs and when I hit a wall causing the snowball to break I moved my character just slightly and he just clipped through the floor lmao
