You can also cause it to trip, by having Oatchi attack the legs that aren't purple. This will cause it to trip and will make your pikmin snap out of the confused state.

The whole game is too easy imo. Super simple solution is to at least double the health of all enemies in the game as that’s the issue. Most enemies can damn near get insta killed before they can even attack once including bosses. And this is without using any items

For an easy combo use a thunder and spicy item and it should be good also obviously spam the pikmin as fast as you can
