I got a really nostalgic Story of this Trailer... When I was a Kid, I was playing Luigi's Mansion, I had like 5 Years or more... I watched this in the Options... I instantly fell in love with the game, I told my dad I wanted it... But he said: "Well then, Your exams are coming, so, if you get good grades I will give it to you as a Present...". From that day, I started to study really hard to get good grades and I sure get them... Well, almost, I got a bad one. I got really sad... So close... I wanted that game so much... But, I got the courage to tell that to my dad and he said: "Oooh... How bad... But you know what? You were Honest with me right now, You win it, Son. Let's buy the game" And we went directly to the Store to buy it... Oooh, Dad, thanks a lot...

the memories of watching this in the Luigi's Mansion menu as a child will always be a core memory to me. Pikmin was always so fascinating to me, and now I own Pikmin 3 and have played through almost all of Pikmin 2 on Dolphin, all because Luigi's Mansion had this trailer

You too??? Because of getting luigis mansion on the gamecube and watching it, I was interested in playing one of the games. I later heard there was gonna be a Pikmin 4 so I thought about either getting the 4th game or the 1st game and load and behold I got the 4th game and I enjoy it so far. Now I want to get the first game on my switch or gamecube

Pikmin.... An outstanding game, I was 3 when it came out. I believe I got it at GameStop in 04 for like 15$. I wasn't very good at it, so I asked my mom and dad for help.... One of the only games every member of my family played and enjoyed. Tremendous game. Definitely top 10 all-time for me. 2 was excellent, but 1 my favorite.... Never got into 3 unfortunately

I got good memories with 1, and 2 is pretty great as well, 3 was fantastic in my opinion and 4 was wonderful.

This was also a game that I played as a kid. Don't remember seeing it on Luigi's Mansion but I had a copy. I just rebought this game for $40 on ebay. I've been buying old games to bring back that nostalgia. This is a must have Gamecube collectible.

Ok I get what your saying about the GameCube library before the Wii, but the fact that these two, and rereleases of other great GameCube games kinda make me more fond on the Wii’s, but yeah. The GameCube had a great library even for a console that didn’t do super well.

I don't know the whole list like you do, but Metroid Prime came out in 2002 and not only was it named video game of the year, it was, by far, one of Nintendo's very best accomplishments. So 2002 couldn't have been that bad either.
