This seems oddly familiar to me, despite living in the UK. Is this on the route used by Amtrak #7 Spokane-Seattle, by any chance? 😇 I used that service once and we did have to hold at one point for a tunnel in front of us to be ventilated before we could enter, and this seems to match what I remember. Given the four locos on the freight that passed us before we got there (And the Volkswagen levels of clag they were giving off!) the ventilation was definitely called for, and you can hear the fans ramping up to full power as the door closes behind the train seen here! 🔄💨👍🏽 Awesome video - Cheers! 😇
