Here is the recording of the class on the 17th of February 2023.
You can work from your chair or if you are a bit more mobile can work from the floor or even from the bed (if mattress is not too soft). You might want to grab a belt (anything long like a bathrobe belt or a standard belt will be perfect) and a small cushion or a little towel that you can roll. Please do rest and adapt the exercises as many time you need to! The goal is to move in as many directions as possible with no joint pain and no matter on how small the movement is! :-)
