For the next 25 minutes we will use the Pilates Bar to add challenge, fun and variety to our standing exercises.
When I had finished filming, I could feel that my core, glutes, triceps, biceps and shoulders had all been fired up 🔥🔥
Listen to my verbal cues as we work out together . Rest if and when you need to. Keep reminding yourself about why you chose to do this workout and when the going gets tough. I want you to dig deep and remind yourself of your goals.

Absolutely love this. I am new to Pilates and the Pilates bar. I suffer with a bulging disc, so standing exercises are so much better for me. Donna’s commentary is easy and engaging and I can’t wait for my next workout!

I typed in Pilates bar and found your workouts. So glad I did!!! They’re the only ones I found I can do with the Pilates bar. I’d love more Pilates bar videos. ☺️ I have several rare autoimmune disorders and I am loving the Pilates bar!!! Thanks so such ❤️❤️❤️ I’ve subscribed to your channel!

This maybe more on the advanced side .. I love your videos that modify the reformer routine to the pilates bar. Anything that is reformer on the bar is amazing to me. Thank you x

Love this workout. My shoulders are not as strong as the rest of my body so this is great. I have been doing your videos for about 5 weeks now and I have been getting comments from my friends on how awesome my body is looking and toning up. Thank you!!!

loving these workouts, my friend bought me the bar for my birthday. I'm working away form home every week and cant get to the gym and this is perfect to take with me and workout.

I googled pilates bar workout and found you. Love how motivational you are and your accent! I have curvature of the spine too, along with a herniated disc in my neck. So far I haven't had to do any modifications which is unusual for me. I took pilates reformer classes until a few years ago and am very excited to start doing pilates again! Thank you!

Just got my Pilates bar today and so this was my first time using it. Loved your class and your teaching style. The only thing I can get muddled with is when the instruction is for your right side for example, and not mine. Thank you for your classes.

The only thing I found difficult was using the bar to exercise the back of the arms. Other than that great workout. I'm sweating. Thank you!

Sounds like you worked hard 💪🙌👏… if you find an exercise tricky reduce the reps, slow the movement down & rest if you need to . Huge well done 👍 xx
