mine looks same but has a different name. i built a table to raise it up off floor so i could get on and off (old and arthritis). i leave it tilted up all the time. i am not very good using the hand pulls, but the leg pushing action has helped me most with knees, lower back and ankles. this video will help me use the arm pulls better. i had shoulder surgeries a few years ago and want to avoid repeats. trying to avoid knee surgeries. nothing they can do for my low back, so i am pleased to find a video explaining slower exercises that will fit my needs. thank you

I have this one and am wondering when doing leg raises for my core ( with the straps)if releasing all the tension,do I have to have the reformer on a tilt or just flat? I’m just learning ..thanks

I have one and it does wonders for toning up all muscles in the body easy to store way too,i wouldn't recommend it if it didn't work wonders also good for people beginning working out.
