Jess could you please do more 30 minute chair workouts, geared for Beginner/Intermediate. It seems in the Pilates world not many are making chair workouts and the chair gives an incredible workout and the space it takes up most people have room for.

Yes! My apologies for not being more clear on my spring settings! I had the 2 bottom springs on for most of the work and all the step up work was on the 2 middle springs.

I’m on a BB Wundachair with 4 spring positions. For the step ups, I’m using white spring x2 in the second from bottom position. Is that equivalent to your springs setting for this?

Ok, so for the step-ups the spring load is very much adjustable. I am not familiar with the colored springs on the chair from BB, but is sounds like that setting may be equivalent. The load is for support in the step-up, so the lighter you go the more challenging and the more you are asking your core for support! You don't want to rely on the pedal for too much support so if you can go lighter and challenge yourself a little more don't be afraid to try that and see how it goes. The heavier the load the more the pedal will do the work for you and you want to get away from that as much as possible. Does that make sense? I hope that was somewhat helpful.

Hi Geovanna! It can be done either way. Both are different and have a different focus. I just chose flatback for this flow.
