As soon as I received my TOTAL GYM I had to have surgery so I’ve had about two months however every video I watched including the one from the manufacture does not give you a close-up on where I am to attach the clip, in order to perform Pilates (leg toners) under the total gym mat can you be just a little more clear in your exclamation

Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have extension cable on the leg pulley but after fastening the foot/ankle cuffs, I can not straighten my legs. I am trying to do the exercise where one leg is flat while other is raised. The extender cables are 12". Should I get 2 more of those or other size?

Wow l just found out How to attach and detach areas that were difficult. Hi TOTAL GYM is a little different from yours mine is the total drum elite therefore it is made a different From yours

I received only one foot strap and no toe bar with my Total Gym. I also found a video using an extension to the cable. Not sure if all attachments are needed. Any suggestions?

Could you do one for injured legs? Like how to keep or regain leg muscle despite inability to put weight on it?

Of course! This specific cable attachment only connects to one leg so it's perfect for rehabbing or strengthening an injury. Adjust the incline to the appropriate strength level. I suggest keeping the incline low to begin, especially if you cannot bear weight. See how you feel with the cable and the resistance placed on your foot. Take you time and go at a pace that works best for you. You be the judge- if it doesn't feel great, then don't do it! You can always opt for performing the same exercises (on the Total Gym or on the floor) with ankle weights instead! Hope you feel better soon!

I prefer to do the double leg movements attaching the rope to both legs for me it works both legs during the excercise. But that's what I think.

My leg pulley cable feels too long. How do I fix this?

tie a knot. But if you buy a second foot strap, the longer cable will help you with working both legs at the same time. Just don't attach the pulley to the glide board, attach it to the second foot strap and use your weight to push yourself up and down.
