Today I have a Full Body Pilates Workout for you.
We'll start in a standing position to warm up the spine, then we'll transition to a quadruped position, then supine and seated. We'll end our sequence with a gentle stretch to release the muscles.
If you practice this routine in the morning, you'll feel energised and ready to face your busy day.
Feel free to slow down or take a break - always listen to our body.
