Today I have a Pilates Workout for you - designed around a series of Planking exercises.
The Plank on your elbows will engage your core, strengthen the entire body and make you feel energised.
You'll hold the Plank 4 times - each time for 45 seconds.
Feel free to slow down or take a break whenever you need to - always listen to your body.
