Great work out I don't have blue springs mine are 2 yellow, 2 green and 2 red so for that workout I did 2 yellow on lowest notch. What would you normally suggest
@@debrawoodfine2503 Hi Debra! It's hard for me to be sure without feeling it in my own body. I am not familiar with this brand of reformer. I can say...if you ever feel like you are overally "muscling" through a move that is too heavy of a spring load. Think about ALL the work...even when you are working on what seems like lower body exercises, for example, that you think about the work originating from the core!! Does that help?
