I absolutely love ur workouts! You’re becoming one of my go tos - especially the quicker ones for when I’m short on time. Alas… I am sorry to say I call u many curse words whenever we do side legs… I’m sorry 😭🩵 LOL!

I was expecting a little more, its labeled as 35 minutes in the header, but was 25 (didn't see that in the description at first). I don't know if you have any control of the ads, but 2 of the ads cut in in the middle of a set. The most difficult one was side lying with foot in strap. I had to get out of my reformer to continue the video and rushed to get back into position and still missed a few reps. I definitely bad form on those few since I was rushing to get into position. Loved the corkscrews :)

So sorry about the time discrepancy! It was a typo in the title - I’m waiting to update it so I don’t ruin the video performance (edits in the first 48h a video is live basically torpedo it), but I will update it ASAP.
