Join me for this 35 minute Pilates reformer workout for full body, in which we add extra emphasis on the deep core and on internal hip rotation for strong and mobile hips, and a healthy pelvic floor.
Do this workout as a standalone session, or choose another short video from my catalog of Pilates reformer workouts to make it a longer workout.
Use any Pilates reformer -- my reformer is by Balanced Body, but you can use a Stott, Aeropilates reformer, or any other model you have access to.
