Dez, I REALLY enjoy your workouts. I get more lean muscle tone with your workouts. Are you on Facebook? I'll be 59 in February, and pilates on my reformer with you has been a game CHANGER. Seriously.

Love your classes. I find that more time is needed going from one exercise to the next. Also need water breaks.

Fabulous workout, this was my first on my reformer and I feel stronger already. I can’t wait to try another one of your workouts, love that you don’t have a bunch of music and noise, or any other distractions. Super easy to follow and enjoyable!

Amazing, I love your classes so much! Could you tell me how your springs work? I don't have the same reformer so when you refer to the colours I don't know how to adapt for mine as they aren't the same. Thanks so much!

Phew! That was tough! I’d love to have a tough workout that stays off of the wrists. I have some wrist issues and I struggle to get through some of the workouts that are heavy on upper body stabilization. Thanks for the sweat!

Thanks Robyn I definitely understand where you’re coming from and also experience wrist issues at times. I will for sure look into creating one with less upper body stability cause I know this particular workout has a lot! Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Dez! Love all of your Pilates classes! Do you have anymore reformer classes elsewhere? Such as at a gym doing an online membership or your own site? I keep repeating your reformer ones since I love them but would love more or another way to take more of your classes online remotely. Thank you so much for such great classes!

It would be really nice if you went to and from each exercise a bit slower. I always miss the first couple of repetitions because of this, my sister and I both feel this way. Love your classes though. Would love to subscribe but don’t know how.
