Phew! That was tough! I’d love to have a tough workout that stays off of the wrists. I have some wrist issues and I struggle to get through some of the workouts that are heavy on upper body stabilization. Thanks for the sweat!

Hi Dez! Love all of your Pilates classes! Do you have anymore reformer classes elsewhere? Such as at a gym doing an online membership or your own site? I keep repeating your reformer ones since I love them but would love more or another way to take more of your classes online remotely. Thank you so much for such great classes!

It would be really nice if you went to and from each exercise a bit slower. I always miss the first couple of repetitions because of this, my sister and I both feel this way. Love your classes though. Would love to subscribe but don’t know how.
