Thank you for this great full body workout. My right side is my tight side - loved the stretches. Speaking of tightness, I would really enjoy a short video with a focus on stretching the hip flexors. Thanks, Melanie.

That was wonderful Melanie, my heart got pumping too , along with the sweat. I must admit I didn't try the tricep dip on the footbar, I felt a little skiddish this morning . Thank you again!❤

@MelanieLopezPilates I'm in China so I went with a local supplier. It's a studio model , huge , but I can fold it when I'm not using it.

the best thing about are the three places I can attach the straps , plus easy to lengthen and shorten them too.

Wowee what a great all rounder Melanie! Loved it! I also didnt realise how massaging it is to sit the butt on the foot bar too. Might hang out here a bit! 😂
