There was quite a few moves requiring balance which made it difficult to keep good form but then again I'm not advanced in pilates. I do love the maple pole though which is why I tried this workout. Oh well, you have many other workouts that I love so I can't complain 😊

This one is definitely a lot of balance and a little more advance (which I should probably add to the description) Glad you gave it a shot. Keep practicing and modifying where needed and it will get better with time. Thanks for your feedback and continued support ❤️

Hi. Enjoyed the workout. I have a question regarding the back splits (which I was horrible at Lol). I was wondering if more springs to add more stability is the way to go to feel more comfortable with the movement? I did try using the platform and that felt even more YIKES! Loved the stretch and small movement, just really nervous about my skill. Thanks.

Hi Amanda! Thank you for reaching out. Yes you are absolutely right, adding more weight will provide more stability. I would try adding your lightest spring with the one heavy spring and see how that feels. Also suggest taking more time with both hands on the shoulder blocks until it feels more comfortable and build up to the balance and other add ons.
