With or without weights, or tins from your kitchen cupboard, this workout will certainly make you shoulders burn. If you want even more of a burn you could add more repetitions or a heavier weight. Ensure that you don’t feel strain in your shoulders or elbows. Maintain good shoulder stability to ensure the work in your postural muscles (upper back) rather than neck.
