This was just 100% perfect. I have just had a stroke and couldn't do pilates anymore, so this was really what I needed. Just some gentle stretching. Thank you so much for all your fantastic videos Laura XX

I like the exercises but u should go slower, you move too quickly between exercises and we don’t have time to settle to the new position... also sometimes it’s not clear if we have to keep chin to chest...

As a person with injury on right thigh, I absolutely loved how you anatomically explain details(though in some moments I found it hard to go on). For ages I thought my issue was shoulder cuff but it’s actually lateral muscle over extension from using a mouse. This really helped get rid of the pain and tension. Thank you so much for a well explained, well-paced and effective session,

Hi, is Half Roll down exercise okay for me to do who is having osteoporosis in my spine and a compression fracture in my thoracic spine

Hi, I would avoid this- especially with a compression fracture. Maintain a neutral spine as best as you can.

Excellent would love to see more foot stretching options which are incorporated in your fantastic on line classes but just concentrating on feet as having problems with planter fasciitis and foot Pilates definitely helps ease the discomfort.

Really clear instructions and reminders to check posture, alignment and position of other parts of body too which is helpful. Feel like I am really understanding the areas of strength and weakness in my hips and how my body tries to cheat too! The focus and mind body connection is really powerful😍

Thanks Laura! I like how you explain thoracic breathing not belly breathing and why. I have been confused about this for a while! I think because Yoga does belly breathing. Pilates breathing has helped me become so much more stable when backpacking and cycling!
