I didn't have any motivation and energy today to exercise. Felt so tired. And then Lindsay just popped on my KZbin. And there it was ,,my motivation was back, and energy out of nowhere 🤔😀💪. Great workout. Its cold in London today so I had my socks on too, but after few moves and crazy shakes ,socks were flying off,felt the fire 🔥 . Do you have any idea for unusual inner tights workout ?

If it hadn't been for my arms on the wall, I would probably say that this was a typical Lindsay ab workout . You have a way to make things harder even for your greatest follower and admirer

I was really surprised how much that made my arms burn especially the forearms for me! Great stretch for the arms too. I absolutely love your workouts.

This is one of my fav. Workouts. It was almost impossible at first, but im getting better and able to keep my lower back down the whole time now.. Great idea!!! I have bad shoulders and wrists, and this is the perfect workout for my abs.

Tried this workout on my lunch hour, and it was hand down one of the hardest yet. Using the deepest layer of your abs requires a ton of concentration, not mention I kept slacking on the arms while trying to control my body. I will definitely come back to this one!

@@PilatesOnDemand I came back to this workout after trying your towel series. I kept my spine in neutral the whole time and slowed it down, did not feel my hip flexors at all and abs were quivering! This is a great series to build strength!
