I know this video was posted 2 years ago but I’m still going to comment. I have had problems activating my core! Yes I’ve lost weight after 3 kids and a 3 Finger diastasis recti gap, but my core is still weak which causes a lot of lower/upper/tail bone/posture problems and pain. Every work out that I’ve ever done could not do what just happened after just following this video. Before this video I could only feel my upper muscles near my chest and my lover muscles below my mommy pooch. Never have I once been able to feel the muscles in the middle fully activated. But that has all changed after this. Thank you so much - sincerely a mommy with a sore core and loving it!!!

I am so glad I found your channel!! I have struggled with mild diastasis recti since have my two boys (my youngest is 2). And I have had the hardest time finding workouts to target my core in the right manner. I’ve tried other Pilates channels, but I’ve felt not as in control as I would like, almost like I’m not even doing the moves correctly. The muscles you target in your videos, and how my stomach feels is so amazing. Thank you!!!

Hi Beth. How have you seen your body transform by using wall Pilates? I am a 50 year old mother of 2 and I notice my body shifting and changing. I’ve been seeing wall Pilates on social media and the convenience of being able to do these workouts at home without additional equipment attracted me to looking it up on YT and I found you. 🎉

Great question. I don't recommend only doing wall workouts. They are part of moving with Pilates and beneficial, but so are classes with a chair, resistance band, no equipment, etc. As far as seeing shifts in my body, that's hard to say since I've been doing Pilates since 2002. Any time you have a consistent and well rounded workout routine it's going to benefit the body.

First time doing anything like this because it's so attainable small work outs I love this . I am nearly 63 & I hurt every day after doing the workout I hurt but in a really good way, thank you Sending love & peace ❤

Beth, this is super helpful. I have crazy trocanter pain when lying on my side, which is the position of many pilates exercises. So this little routine on the back is great!

I have been looking for an instructor that makes Pilates easier. Thank you for this lovely workout. I will be adding it to my weekly workout routine. I had to quit my reformer pilates classes to save cash and I was worried. Even though I do cardio regularly I wasn't sure what to do with the muscle issue. This class is fantastic. I will check for other videos but if it's not there can you also show us some upper-body workouts pleaseeee

This is a great exercise to get you back in shape even my triceps are sore. I still don’t have the strength to do this setting up towards my knees with my leg straight but I’m gonna keep working on it. I shared this exercise routine with a friend also thank you so much.

Hi Beth I didn't enjoy this class as much since I found my back shifting upwards constantly. It caused me to readjust my feet on the wall from time to time

This was amazing, need to become more flexible but guess will get there. Just 1 question. Why when I'm done do I get a stabbing headache? Is that normal?

Does this help with losing fat and toning? And how many times a week should I do it?

I could not do the teaser style exercise, even though I can on the floor. I felt the effort in my abs, though. Any recommendations?

Sometimes this wall variation can be humbling. You can try adjusting where your legs are and see if that makes a difference.

Oh beth. I couldn't get into situp with my legs up there 😳😳😳 I can do it so easily laying flat I felt like I was in a cartoon 🤣🤣🤣

How do I keep my feet from slipping? I tried with AND without socks.

Try to press your feet into the wall more. But even with that sometimes there is some slipping that occurs, in that case readjust the feet.
