Sometime Hannah, you should do a video where you don't hold back (for beginners). Make a video displaying your advanced techniques. I'm sure we would find it interesting to watch and something to aspire to. 😉

I was hoping for a full body hour long, challenging routine for today. Et Voilà.! I loved and enjoyed this one so much.!🤩💁🏻♀️ Also noticed that last year this time, I couldn't have done the push up like segments, but today I could.! too excited....... pls try my challanging move pls.... the second part 1st movement all fours with knees up n down ..while coming down give smallest bend to d elbow n see it feels equal to or even better than push up...... u feel abs forearms n thighs... oh my.... i did it by chance by mistake.. n i was blown..... pls do try.....hannah..
