Hello sir. Thank you for for your wonderful content. I have just some questions regarding for my external piles problems. So I have grade 4 external piles for almost 2 years now because of my sedentary lifestyle.but now i have completely changed to healthy lifestyle. Fibre diet, exercise and all precautions. But important question is that my external piles remain as the same.sometimes it get worse but after period of time it gets normal and this cycle is continuing for some time.So sir my question to you is that do i have to live my life with this cycle of sometime pain start and gets normal after some time OR do i have to MUST need surgery because of grade 4 external piles.Please sir suggest me correct path.

Besides these two points i completely maintain healthy lifestyle with absolutely avoid of any outdoor foods, coeffee and sugar intake. So yeah,,,if you have not done anything similar to mine changes in your lifestyle please do ..it will bring you major changes in piles problem.Hope i help you in something...Please reply if you need anything.

@@sunnydhillon8760 dear brother a big thanks to you May God bless you, your replies made me feel as if i am having soft conversations with my brother, once again thanks for your kindness and being so open, let me make you know the facts about the typical kashmiri family among which you can count me the one, we consume much tea, meat and chicken which leads us to such problems, i am so much addicted to lipton tea that i take it two times a day with max volume of cow milk reared in our home, as I study 8 to 10 hours a day without any exercise which also affect my lifestyle by gaining weight, alhamdulliah i am now 80% ok from this piles problem as i am taking green vegetables frequently, k wanna clear my doubt cum fear that if we adjust our lifestyle although can succeed to 70% only and don't take any medical treatment further (as i took many times before ) does it lead any big problem like can it change into cancerous cell? Shomu sir please advise me about this symtoms after the deficate 1 or 2 time i feel itching & some burn for 5 minutes like this happen after deficate but no blood no pain,i consult genereal physician he give some cream,tablets, but i need your advice for moral support beacuse i am mentally stress after this effect, should i have to consult to a general surgeon for further treatment? pls advise

If there is no pain only itching, it can be piles. Apply the cream and continue the sitz bath

Please read it till the end. I was also suffering from hemorrhoids since last month and i was really so depressed about it ,i thought i would never be able to cure it even after changing 2 3 doctors,i really lost all hopes but i'll tell you my experience as i am bit okay now. So first improve your sleeping schedule means try to sleep early and drink one glass of mattha(chaach) everytime you take your meal (atleast 3 times a day) it will keep your stomach chilled.I also drank safi two times one in the morning with empty stomach and one at night after my dinner.Drink water as much as you can.And do heat fomentation 3 times a day to get instant relief from pain and itching.Avoid junk food , breads, biscuits etc. Try to eat green vegetables as much as possible.And don't loose hope you'll get better. Do excercise also in the morning. And go for a walk if possible. Hope you'll get out of this phase because i can relate to this suffering that's why i want to help whoever reading this. Thank you:)
