30:05 I feel this poor woman in this situation so much. My ex husband was abusive and made me switch OBs for prenatal care because the person was a guy and he didn’t want a guy to see me “naked” 😒 I felt so bad. He was great and asked if it was bc hes a guy. I said yes and wish I could’ve said it was because my ex husband was abusive but I was young and scared. Guess who was the doc on call to deliver my baby 😂😂 he did an amazing emergency c section and I now have a straight, beautiful scar in a spot where people cant even really see it. He rocks and middle fingers to my ex husband 🖕🏻

My Mom gave me pilk as a kid as a special treat and now I'm a big fan. It's sort of like a poor man's root beer float. If you think of it like that it's way less gross sounding.

In regards to Pepsi + Coffee, which Josh asked about, at the soda shoppe near me they do sell Pepsi with imitation coffee flavor and it's actually really good. I know coke had an official coffee infusion at one point as well, so, there's a market for it.

I wouldn't compare a lobe piercing to a tattoo. I would say that some piercings are worse than some tattoos because of the healing. My double vertical helix was way worse than a small tattoo because it took like a year to heal to where I could sleep in that side

I’m going to be honest and say that she shouldn’t stay with this person because the bf doesn’t respect her culture (this is something that I’d break up over) and wants to control how she looks. Also if culture is issue, imagine if they have a child together and she wants to teach her child about her culture and her bf could have issues with that since he didn’t care about the cultural reasoning for her tattoo.

People who are heavily tattooed will most likely continue to get them until they're completely full. Her boyfriend should've understood the probability that she would continue getting them throughout her life, and shouldn't expect her not to get them because he doesn't like it. It doesn't effect u, get over it. Side note: I doubt the face tattoo would hurt. I don't have one but a tiny line is virtually painless. Big tattoos hurt because the adrenaline wares off and the skin gets worked hard

I feel like with the first story with the face tattoo, the person could draw it on her face to see what it looks like on her and see if “Matthew” could see what it looked like before she did the real thing. She did say that it was a small tattoo on her face so maybe if he saw it on her before it was permanent, he could warm up to it better? Obviously, it’s her body and she can do what she wants but if she really wants to hold on to the relationship that badly, try it out non-permanently before doing the real thing to see if he thinks he can get used to it before she gets the tattoo. Kinda as a warning like ‘This is what it’ll look like on my face. This is what I want. Are you still worried about your attraction to me?’ (Even though I bet she’s beautiful with or without the tattoo.)

I'm not sure I agree with Josh saying that it is misogynistic and anti-indigenous for the guy to not want his girlfriend to get the face tat. Yes she should get it if she wants and especially as she made it pretty clear that she planned on getting it for so long but he is also within reason to communicate what he does and doesn't find attractive without it being misogynistic and/or anti-indigenous.

It’s not misogynistic , i think he said that because it is controlling to make decisions for a woman about her appreance and in the same sense to try and guilt someone into not making a decision that’s so important to their culture and beliefs.
