Very nice design..but nowadays people may have more a lot of pills to take in one time..definitely need bigger slots

True, but that is why DIY 3D printing is so great, if need it bigger, just need to update the STL file and reprint, and customize for your own particular needs 😄 And for more pills per slot could also just make the base "taller", which would keep the diameter roughly "palm" sized still.
